- 1Request an appointment in the app or on this website
Provide a brief summary of your injury or pain.
- 2Initial consultation
A physio will contact you by phone within 2 working days, to agree a time for a video-call appointment. During that video-call the physio will make an assessment and suggest an appropriate treatment plan.
- 3Follow your Treatment Plan
The physio will follow your progress over the following weeks, updating the treatment plan as necessary during up to 5 more sessions.
